Absolutely a waste of money, they have sent the same incompetent company to repair my refrigerator 8 times in the last 2 months , I haven’t had a working refrigerator since the first service call, when I call the next day that it is still not working they reschedule a week out- it’s a total scam, and can’t talk to anyone who isn’t reading a script sheet in their customer service department, you’d be better off saving their monthly fee in a mayonnaise jar buried in the yard! Total scam company!!
