We shopped couple of places but were denied due to the pandemic. Met Billy and he insisted my wife and I let him do the refinance to take the advantage of lower rate. And yes, we finally got approved and the transaction went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable throughout the loan process. The closing attorney actually came to our house so very convenient. We definitely recommend Billy Nguyen for anyone who wants to finance.
This company has an agent by the name of Darryl Garth who is involved in fraudulent schemes. He called me to advertise himself and claimed he was calling from American Home Mortgage, and that he got my name from Lending Tree. The conversation was short as i told him i didn't plan to buy a house in the nearest future. He kept trying to convince me but i refused and told him i had not even started house shopping and that i could only begin shopping sometime in Nov.
