Dave and Mike arrived right on time and had the old system removed and a new a trane system installed in something like 5 hours. Very professional, clean, organized, and meticulous. I appreciated Dave communicating how to maintain the drain pipe in the future along with a couple other tips. Highly recommended.
I was horrified to find that my father, with dementia, was taken advantage of by these people. He was sold a $19,121.85 AC unit which is well above the national average (10k-15k) for an AC unit. He was also sold a subscription service for maintenance on the unit, which is also well above the average cost of yearly maintenance. 5 minutes with my father and anyone would have known he is mentally unstable (Florida law protects the rights of the elderly to live alone even when mentally unstable,) so it saddens me that when he fi... read more
