RecommendedI had a car key that was broken in half. They made a copy that worked perfectly. i thought we would need a locksmith but I was lucky to get the key out with long skinny tweezers. And got a new key made for less than $4. Very professional service.

I needed a tool and had no idea what it was called. A quick call to Josh with a vague description and he was immediately searching the store for a match. In less than 5 minutes, I had a picture from Josh of the exact tool I was describing. Fantastic customer service at a personal level.
Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Always great tips on installation.
