I had the pleasure of working with Jacob Estes on a quote and discussion for a roof replacement, and he was extremely helpful and responsive, and fought hard to get me a good deal. He was able to explain a lot of the questions I had about the other quotes I was getting, and was prompt and responsive. 100% recommended.

Devon was on time and did a comprehensive assessment of the insulation in my attic. He advised that the only thing needed was some additional insulation in a small area above the bathroom which gets extremely cold. He also checked the bathroom window and back siding. I greatly appreciate the honest and detailed assessment. The other contractor who came by only stuck his head into the attic, did not go inside, took pictures and advised I replace the entire insulation for almost 4,000 dollars. This was a terrible experience and the work was not done. First there was a 2 week waiting time before they could send anyone out. Then they didn't show up at all during their 4 hour arrival window and were not responsive to my calls. When I finally got ahold of the tech, he said he would be probably an hour and a half late, past the end of the arrival window. I recently had my roof replaced by American Home Contractors, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Nixon, the project manager, was personable and attentive throughout the process. He took the time to listen to my concerns about a drafty overhang that I suspected was under-insulated.
