We bought our home from this company and have been nothing less then impressed! Their Kit homes are truly a different product from any others we had considered. They have that stick built quality we wanted and it took half the time of traditional building. In the end we payed something like $67.00 per sqft. We had been quoted $143.00 by our contractor. From start to finish this company took care of our family! Thank you American Home Centers for EVERYTHING! We are loving our new home!
From the very get go I was notified on what to expect since this is something I have never gone through before and New Construction can be frustrating. Mathew the salesman out of the Belgrade office spent many hours going through my home order since I had done some custom modifications to my home plan and was very thorough explaining the process of the home delivery and setup. If you need a manufactured or modular home in Montana GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! American Home Centers has not been honest about delivery dates from the very beginning. Keep changing delivery dates about a week before scheduled for delivery. Started process in July and now over 3 months later, still no home and delivery date is now scheduled for November.
