From the very get go I was notified on what to expect since this is something I have never gone through before and New Construction can be frustrating. Mathew the salesman out of the Belgrade office spent many hours going through my home order since I had done some custom modifications to my home plan and was very thorough explaining the process of the home delivery and setup. If you need a manufactured or modular home in Montana GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! American Home Centers has not been honest about delivery dates from the very beginning. Keep changing delivery dates about a week before scheduled for delivery. Started process in July and now over 3 months later, still no home and delivery date is now scheduled for November.
