American Home Center built a pool cage for me in May/June of 24'. The rep was nice, tentative, that was until the cage was built, then we are lucky if we ever receive a return call. Maybe I shouldn't have paid in full and would get a better response after installation. We first questioned the stability of the cage as we didn't see reinforcement on the corners, yet every cage in the neighborhood has them. Avoid American Home Center The owner (initially) was professional during our first encounter and we entrusted him to put on our screen enclosure. A month after installation, June 2007, and for many months thereafter, I called to report issues and never heard from him. In July 2009 I began calling again and he finally called back. The leaks I reported were fixed (or so I believed) however, a further problem occurred (gaps between the hoses and the enclosure) which I reported a week later. He has not called back since.
