No response and unable to contact company for an issue we are having a year after the full roof was replaced. Find another option to have your roof replaced. Now our guaranteed warranty is void.
LITERALLY GHOSTED A CUSTOMER. INSURANCE DIDN’T BUY THE ROOF. THEY JUST DISAPPEARED. JUST WOW. RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM.
Hero came 2 weeks after they tore old roof off. It rained andruined all our ceilings.They won't return to fix the things they ruined. They owed us money back from the insurance company and will not pay it. They won't answer phones, emails or texts. Do not use this company. I would give zero stars if I could.
