Review clarification. My review is for AHiS - American Heritage Insurance Services, and Allstate company.
If I could do zero stars I would. We have GAP coverage through them, and the endless process of document, after document, after document, after document has gotten to a point of being ridiculous. It is clear that they are trying to make the process so difficult, people will give up. After providing all of the documents they requested. We have now received a whole NEW set of documents to be completed, some are a repeat of information we have already provided, and they are now asking for them to be notarized, which was neve... read more
My mom had "gap" insurance through American Heritage. After a one-month process of phone calls, emails, and faxes, American Heritage refused to pay anything. Seems like "gap" insurance is not worth purchasing (at least through this company).
