Very pleased with the entire process from initial meet/estimate to installation. Professional and excellent communication. Thank you. Highly recommend.
Never received a quote. I contacted them by filling in the form on their website. The rep show up on time, evaluated the projected, offered some onsite solution. We agreed that the quote will be provided in a day or two. A week passed by, no quote, no "sorry, we are not interested in your project", nothing. I understand that a business reserves the right to select projects, however, customer service is terrible.
They were professional and courteous. They made sure my questions were all answered and the fence worked out just the way we planned and it’s amazing.
These folks are true professionals. Luke came out to take all of the measurements and drew the plan for the HOA. The quote I received was done in one day and was reasonable - a neighbor had mentioned receiving a quote about $2,000 higher. The work was installed on the date promised and they did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend American Heritage Fence.
