American Heritage credit union continues to go down hill.....poor service, misinformation and no one knows what they are talking about. Today's the last straw, of course there is no human teller you have to deal with Robby The Robot teller machine. Went in for a simple deposit, wait few minutes for someone to pop up on the screen, perform transaction request a receipt. TV teller says will print shortly and closes screen......I wait and wait, nothing comes out no printer noises. Wait again for a 2nd TV Teller. Request receipt... read more
