I traveled to Mexico and had to call bank to move savings into checking to access funds for dental work. It was a seamless transaction with follow-up text to make sure it was not a fraudulent transaction. When I got back, I walked in for application for platinum credit card, filled out with bank staff, and 2 hours later, went back to bank to pick up card with 9.9% interest rate.
American Heritage placed a block on my credit and debit cards without notifying me which caused me to loose out on substantial savings on a time sensitive Mothers Day gift card sale. This is a company that I have purchased from many times in the past using my American Heritage credit card. When I called American Heritage there was no fraudulent activity on my account and no reason to have placed the block. All I got from American Heritage was an "I'm sorry". That doesn't help.
