I have used this company 2 times for furnace issues. Once approximately 8 years ago, I had them come out for a second opinion to look at my furnace that was not working. The previous company had told me that it needed replaced and that it wasn’t worth fixing. However, it turned out to be a loose wire and he had me up and running within minutes.
