American Heat treat is a tremendous resource for my companies machining team. We do not need a lot of projects processed but when we do they are quick to respond and always do great work. Our machine shop manager, Jim, just had a project that was not a normal process and they still did their best to work with him to get the results we needed. The effort does not go unnoticed!

American Heat Treating handled a small job for me as carefully and as professionally as if I was a long term customer. I walked in with a set of vise jaws to have hardened for a restoration project, and am very happy with the service I received.

I wish I could give them no stars. This company is absolutely horrible to work with. We miss the days when Al was there. Do yourself a favor and find another heat treating company. There are plenty of others out there. Do your research and spare yourself the headache.

The Human resource for this location in Monroe is rude very rude treat employees and customer's bad as a H.r she should be more friendly not talk down to pleople CEO if you can see that just get deep. On this she is bad no office manner what so ever
