We were insured with them in end of 10/31/2025 until today 4/17/2026 our vehicle was in tornado and hail storm we had claim since 3/10/2026 now over a month after providing everything they needed they total loss one vehicle the other they said they’ll repair more they are saying our insurance is void and canceled it they very rude and definitely need to be shut down and crystal gomez need to be fired she work from home so she be rude cause she behind phone went do it or say out speak how she speak in person they need to be s... read more
🤬If I could give negative zero stars I would. These people had me waiting 90 plus day to pay. The INSURED damaged my car and after 90 days they send me a check for 283$. I never agreed to accept a check. I have independent estimates for 400-550$, not to mention I also went where they suggested. All I can say is I feel sorry for the claimants as well as the insurers. 😡🤬
Garbage got into accident getting sued they haven’t gotten me lawyer trying to connect them they won’t answer me they won’t take care of anything
Same as many people who have been scammed, my car was rear ended leaving damage from distracted driver. We made police report and filed claim, even drove to body shop that couldn't be any further from my house. It's been more than 3 months and zero response. No letters, no calls, and they don't answer the phones. EVERYBODY START REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
