Horrible company. I’ve been with them for YEARS, and this was the first time any issue ever happened. They initially gave me a bogus reason for denying my claim and when I called them out on that they went and created a new issue pertaining to something that happened 2 years after they kept renewing my policy. Krystal Gomez was the agent I worked with and she was all over the place , kept rewording things and making sure I got the run around. You're in a better place. If you don't have insurance and just save your money then paying insurance and this company will never help you when you call them. Speaking of out of experience
