It was a joy working with this store over the past several weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and knows what they are talking about. My fireplace is up and running and I couldn't be happier with it! I will come back should I need additional help in the future!
Staff is super friendly, products are good quality, phenomenal customer service. You won’t find a better hearth store in all of Maryland.
Chris, Bobby and Deana are a fantastic team. Great customer service. Always willing to answer questions and find the answer needed if they don't know it off of the top of their heads.
Chris and his team "re-installed" my QuadraFire insert and did an excellent job fixing things that should have been done by the original installer (not American Hearth and Home). I had the chimney relined which was a tough job but they did it wonderfully. I highly recommend American Hearth and Home, you can't find a better company. Great service, great employees, great pricing.
