I purchased a log set and fireplace surround from this company. The log set is not working properly and the surround is missing parts. My local company can't even tell me when the ordered parts will arrive. I found no way to contact them on their web site. Consumers should be wary of this company and dealers might consider to stop doing business with a company that can't even estimate when replacement parts for NEW purchased items will be shipped. Shame!
It was a joy working with this store over the past several weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and knows what they are talking about. My fireplace is up and running and I couldn't be happier with it! I will come back should I need additional help in the future!

Chris and his team "re-installed" my QuadraFire insert and did an excellent job fixing things that should have been done by the original installer (not American Hearth and Home). I had the chimney relined which was a tough job but they did it wonderfully. I highly recommend American Hearth and Home, you can't find a better company. Great service, great employees, great pricing.
