My teacher today was the best.
Terrible customer service. They were rude and interrupted me multiple times. Spoke to a manager who did the same and was actually more unprofessional than the first person I spoke to. Was informed of flexibility of products prior to purchasing and discovered the information was incorrect after purchasing. They refuse to assist in making this right. I will be investigating the NSC and Red Cross for future needs.
My experience consist of at least twice daily uncolicited calls, some before 8 AM and some after 9 PM. I have repeatedly asked the callers to take me off their lists to no avail. No money of mine will EVER go to the Amr. Heart Association.
