Always a great experience going there as everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Mt only problem is the one hearing aid goes bad. This is the second trip back to the manufacturers. hopefully this doesn't become a yearly thing.
Absolutely a wonderful experience! They will do everything they can to be sure the patient is perfectly happy with their service and products. Best of all their hearing aids come with 3 year warranty, if battery operated, free batteries fir life and are made in AMERICA. If you do happen to run into a problem they answer the phone and you can understand them.
