Excellent service, very friendly people, very helpful, good customer service.

Finally got a "Hearing Tech" who knows what they are doing and how to "tweak" the Starkey. so you derive the most benefits. Simon is that "tech".
Got a letter saying if I did a test I would get a gift card they said it would take a few weeks did not get and worker I called didn't seem to care
