Dr. Kasey in the Sherwood office provided exceptional care during my recent visit. She truly understands hearing difficulties—especially how devices handle everyday sounds like traffic while walking the dog or conversations with tellers. She listened carefully to my experiences and explained why too much noise reduction can make things feel too quiet and unsafe (like not hearing cars approaching from behind), but no reduction at all is also hard to adjust to as well.
