I found the staff and doctors at American Hearing to be professional and actually quite charming. The rest were run professionally. My results were explained extremely well and my options were laid out in a manner I could easily understand. Most importantly, I know I will hear better once my hearing aids arrive.
They were great, I didn't have to wait at all , and they were very nice . My exam didn't take very long either.
I took my father to his appointment and the audiologist, Elizabeth, was amazing. She took her time to explain everything and made sure my dad had a comfortable and seamless experience. She was very patient and kind! I was pleased with how they handled business.
