American Hearing + Audiology has great customer service. I felt that Pantea and her staff were truly interested in solving my hearing aid issue. She was professional and took the time to try different options until the I was comfortable with my hearing aid.
The office staff were friendly, knowledgable and professional.
My left hearing aid no longer worked. I returned it to American Hearing. They sent it off for repairs. It was returned sooner than expected and works perfectly.
Erica is gentle, knowledgeable, and made this whole experience of getting hearing aids, enjoyable
I could have purchased my Phanok L70 aids $1102 cheaper from a competitor. Why didn’t I do that? Easy! Erica Nelson gave me my hearing test and taught me about what would be best for me. Her knowledge and personality made me feel very comfortable. She just made me feel good about using hearing aids. She is an Angel Among Us!
