I’ve been having problems with my hearing for a few years. I’ve had hearing aids before but they didn’t seem to help. I asked one of my church members who she went to and she said America Hearing Audiology and she loved them. I made an appointment at the Broken Arrow office and I met with Erica Nelson and I must say I’ve never had an hearing test as thorough as the one Erica gave me. I am a new client with American Hearing & Audiology. I needed tech help but my appointment began with the most thorough hearing exam I've had in more than 30 years of wearing hearing aids. My existing devices were reprogrammed to match test results and I am delighted with the results. They work better than ever, and I appreciate Erica's tech expertise to resolve the connection issues with my cell phone.
The audiologist was Erica Nelson and not Dr Fernow. I really liked her and she did a great job of taking care of my hearing aid problem.
I purchased new hearing aids last week from this group. I have been wearing hearing aids for 10 years. Most of the providers that I have used in the past did a decent job fitting and adjusting my hearing aids. However, American Hearing + Audiology in Broken Bow set a new standard with an excellent choice for my hearing aids and provided the best fitting I have ever had.
