Dr. Lauren Watson was so thorough and friendly. My hearing test indicated I would benefit from hearing aids and she patiently explained all the options and answered all our questions. With this positive experience, my husband even agreed to making an appointment for himself next week. He worked around a lot of noisy mechanical equipment for years , so I am pretty sure he could benefit from them too. I am anxiously awaiting a phone call saying mine are in. A+++
