I am very particular about how I hear sounds. I want crisp, clear sounds not muffled sounds. Wayne listened to me and managed to program the normal, crowd, and auditorium settings to a crisp, clear, and bright sound. I have been to 2 other audiologists and was told that what I asked for was not possible. Wayne used his expertise to give me the hearing that I want and need.
This office is full of the kindest & most helpful people! They are more than happy to explain everything in detail & answer questions all the time.
