The only reason I'm giving one star is because they do not return calls as promised. My mother needed hearing aids a couple of years ago and Randy went above and beyond in providing an excellent pair of hearing aids for her. These were sent to him from the factory "PHONAK" and hey were re-chargable. This was important because she has a vision problem as well and could not see the tiny batteries normal aids require. Well to make a long story short my mother fell and broke her hip, the hospital lost her right side hearing aid ... read more
