They are amazing here, great customer service and care. Took time with my mom. Would recommend to anyone in need of a hearing aid. Billie-Jo is made for this job, she is EXCELLENT.
This was a truly 5 star experience . I have been to several Hearing Centers. This is the One and Only one that is a Complete Package as far as knowledge and the ability to correctly prescribe the correct hearing aide per each individuals hearing loss. The Staff was very professional and made the client feel at ease. Answering any question the client had and educating the client as the testing and custumizie individual fitting progressed..
