I lost both of my legs above the knee and obviously had to have a wheelchair. My doctor ordered me one through this company. Is wheelchair they provided me was not properly set up and as a result I continue to flip backwards. I ended up having to have a full on craniotomy to remove hematoma from my brain. I called them several times and told them that I was flipping backwards and they refused to do anything about it.
Wendy is absolutely lovely to work with and put my husband's health as a priority. He has been fighting cancer for a long time so kindness and care is very important to us. Thank you again so much, Wendy. (If you see this🙂)
