We had oxygen supplied by Rotech last few years. We love quick response and resolve of problems. Everyone we interact with, in office and service technitians were very professional and caring. Thank you for your help. Highly recommend this company!
The absolute worst customer service imaginable. The Murrells Inlet location is deplorabloe and extremely unprofessional. No time or use for such a pooly run business. Read ALL of other reviews.
I've been with Rotech for around 10 months. For a cpap contract. My bill is incorrect every month. They post the previous months payment late so you're always overdue. They have also posted incorrect payment amounts. This becomes my problem and I have to provide proof. I can't wait for my contract to be paid up so I no longer have to deal with this.
Can’t say enough about Rotech Healthcare. My husband was just in the hospital on ventilator released to home after a week or so and I chose Rotech for my supplies. Everyone there went above and beyond with even calling the doctors office to move along the orders and get the supplies to us. Thank you very much for making my life a whole lot easier
