I normally have no issues. Recently I have received notice that my care provider will be on leave during my next scheduled appointment. I tried calling three times to reschedule and someone answers and just hangs up on me. 🤷🏼♀️
They probably removed all their bad reviews. But this place is not the place if you want your health prioritized. They will assume just because you have a MyChart that they do not have to call or communicate anything to you when it comes to any test results or anything regarding your health. They have no problem sending you a bill but then can’t give you a call back about your test results.
