Love Dr. tomchak! No one ever answers the phone at the office. They are closed for an entire hour for lunch. Very unprofessional very frustrating. When calling in you have to leave a message you may or may not get a return call quickly. The customer service is lacking.
Dr. Tomchak has been my doctor since I was a kid and he's always been very kind and caring during check ups. Asks questions, listens well, and then provides helpful explanations for my questions. I don't live in the Loudonville area anymore but I'm back often enough that I can keep him as my primary care provider, which I intend to do as long as I'm within driving distance.
Dr Tomchak is a kind and caring provider. He takes the time necessary to listen and discusses all options and treatment plans with you. Highly recommend!
