Tried making a new patient appointment there for my son, the receptionist was absolutely rude, she asked for his info and I told her I didn’t have his card with me but can bring it to the appointment was told I can’t make appointment until they had his member ID which I know is BS and also asked for his social security number what drs office asks for a patients social over the phone for an appointment. I won’t be calling back.
They have excellent, top notch, accommodating features for disabled visitors. The very best ramp type (see photos), large automatic sliding door entryway, and multiple manual wheelchairs are available in the breezeway and the chairs vary in size to accomodate visitors. They have large waiting areas with seating for all sizes, and a lot of space to maneuver a motorized wheelchair. Plus, they have excellent desk staff and Physicians. Love this place.
Communication is awful. Didn't do or in their words "lost" my lab results while over charging. Terrible place.
I wish there was even lower score. This place is a joke and should not be dealing with people's health!! They don't answer calls, lost my order for chest X-ray and after 2 weeks of calls and messages still have no answer on a simple exam. It is in the middle of respiratory illnesses and people ending up in hospital due to long term effects. I am more than outraged about employees being this careless - should give back their licenses if the patient health is not their priority
I absolutely love my doctors there. They had an on-site lab for blood work. Which is super convenient. I have had zero issues with the facility, doctors, or staff. There's a hospital directly near the office The only downside about the location. It is the location itself, it is a bit tricky to find if you don't know where you're going.
