Poor communication and inadequate management. 4 different occasions they have not followed through. Nicole with the phone anwering service is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Unwilling to help.
Two very unsatisfactory visits in a row, so time to leave a bad review. I had an appointment for which I arrived early and was left in the examining room for an hour without any updates as to the delay. I got up and left, explaining to the front desk personnel that I needed to get back to work. The earlier visit was in April for a home sleep study done in December. I was sent home and never contacted with any treatment plan. The one star is for the genetic test I was encouraged to complete in order to find medicines that wer... read more
