We have been getting the runaround for last 3 weeks. My husband needs to get a referral for a procedure but only has a small window of time due to vacation time. We called his dr to ask and the office and his nurse said it was done. But IU said nope. This is back and forth for 3 weeks. Then we were told it was with the referral dept. a dept that everyone works from home … hmmmm. Strange. We tried yesterday and they gave us a number. Its a fax number!!! Hmmm again. ??! I can never get a same day appointment if I am sick. I can never see my regular doctor. I can't get a call back from the physician on call and I am being told to just wait or go to urgent care.
