I found out about the closing the office accidently. Not happy since I'm a new patient!
I am 76 years old, and I have never experienced such a caring experience at a doctor's office. Neither my doctor nor my nurse practitioner rushed to go to the next patient. I thoroughly trust them with my health.
My son and I were new to the area and were very nervous about finding a new Dr. we did our research and thought Optum and Dr. Kyndra Mercer would fit us best. They have superseded our expectations. Dr Mercer is amazing! Very good at listening to the patient and explaining and making suggestions. She doesn’t rush you or make you feel like she is just trying to get you in and out. We highly recommend her!!! As far as the facility and the staff they are also amazing!!! The wait isn’t too long and everyone is so kind!!
