I called and scheduled an early appointment for about 3 weeks out. I received a packet in the mail to fill out. It says to be at your appointment 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early to the 7AM appointment and there was absolutely nobody there. I waited until 7:15 and then left when nobody showed up.
Just recently discovered that a relative's physician's office is now named Optum. No notice of name change sent where most other medical companies do send them out to their patients. Why would a pharmaceutical home delivery company take over medical offices? Taking relative to another company's medical offices since they aren't forced to use Optum. Definitely don't like NextMD electronic medical records that patients can access their records on. Lucky if you get any responses from any correspondence you send them. Bloodwork ... read more
