Very improvisational receptionist & office manager Molly was an absolute awful rude disrespectful lady ! They are so improvisational they blame their ' errors 'on the patient ! Which is fine because they will be answering to someone with a way higher pay grade! Hope it was worth it being rude !
Horrible staff. A shame because great Doctor. These girls are in their own little world with a click and God help new girls. I had to go to another facility to get blood drawn and be seen with a bad ear infection because they were so full( I had an appointment) they tried to say I refused to wear a mask when I had already obtained one from a different girl. I was told to reappoint. By Amy Hamm they said. Who knows? They lied to my face to not see me. I had been going there 3 years. Very troubling.
