I've been going here for years. Dr. Kurzer is an excellent doctor. The reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is that I can never get ahold of anyone so I can get my prescription refilled. The wait time on the phone is ridiculous sometimes waiting for 20 or more minutes. The call back option for them to call you back doesn't work. Kurzer is the only reason I still go here.
Never can get through on a phone call. Doctors are fine, their operations is poorly run. Very frustrating using their patient portal and trying to communicate with this office. Do not recommend, will be looking for a new GP in 2026.
Great office
Dr. Dajani is absolutely amazing. I feel heard and supported when I see her. She is thorough and honest. Im very grateful for her and the way she handles me as a patient making sure to address all my health concerns. The staff here is also kind and welcoming when I call or come in to the office.
Every time I go I tell myself I’m not going back. It is the oddest place and the care is also just not great. I called today super sick, lady told me I needed to take a Covid test BEFORE coming in. 1.) I don’t have a covid test 2.) the reason I’m coming in is for the doctors to do what they are trained to do and tell me what it is I’m sick with.
