How does anyone schedule here? I went through the online portal, got a request for more information, sent a reply. Didn't hear anything, had to call, was told "oh you need to send the info to this different email address" which was never indicated anywhere. Did that, waited two more days, called again and was told "oh you literally can't have anything in the body or subject, that's why it wasn't working". Still haven't heard back yet. Just let people schedule via phone, this is ridiculous.
