This Healthcare facility has the worst customer service of any Healthcare facility that I have had the displeasure of contacting. On December 8th I called this facility all the purpose of verify my copay and setting up an appointment. The initial contact person I spoke to seem to have no issue with my request once my information have been submitted. Schedule my appointment at 3:45 when the CT tech goes home at 4pm ... without informing me if I was a minute late my appt would be canceled ... confused
The entire staff was friendly and very helpful.We need more medical facilities like this one.
