Lobby was very unprofessional. Awful music and loud laughter with a lengthy wait time made it quite annoying and uncomfortable. The tech in the back was great and professional. Very nice lady.
This Healthcare facility has the worst customer service of any Healthcare facility that I have had the displeasure of contacting. On December 8th I called this facility all the purpose of verify my copay and setting up an appointment. The initial contact person I spoke to seem to have no issue with my request once my information have been submitted.
