The front desk has no empathy or compassion when i expressed i couldnt pay my co pay. No let me see what we can do. Empathy is a must in the health care industry. Jim was amazing who did my mri was a rockstar
Do Not waste your time or money at this horrible place. Asks you to sign unnecessary papers asking why you're self pay, why you're not using insurance, etc. I asked to pay after the appointment to make sure everything was done and I was satisfied with the service and was denied. Front staff is rude, loud and unprofessional. Also I would have liked to received images that I could look over but was given a DVD disc. Who has a DVD player anymore? Most laptops don't even have a disc reader so now I'm stuck with images I won't ev... read more
