Such a friendly staff! Welcomed by Stephanie and Adam: made our visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Michael the Tech, along with nurse Agnes were super helpful. Normally dread these types of procedures and places, but this dedicated staff made this a breeze and with such ease. Would definitely recommend them for all Health imaging needs.
This was the best and fastest experience that I have ever had. No wait time if you go in the morning very fast. I was in there maybe 15 20 minutes. That’s including the scan I had done. Miss Stephanie was very accommodating in reminding me about my appointment very sweet lady. I don’t get things like this done often, but if I have to ever again, this is definitely the place that I will choose.
Michael and Stephanie were so great. Michael made me feel comfortable with my first experience.
I'm very thankful for American Health Imaging. It was easy to get an appointment same day. Staff addressed insurance approvals and called to confirm before I arrived. I knew ahead of time what my copay would be. Front desk staff get an A+. The Healthcare team were also excellent. They are caring, compassionate, professional and confident - helping me set aside any fears I had. They explained everything to me and the scan was finished fairly quickly. I would go there again if I need imaging.
Nice, clean offices and a very courteous staff. They offer you music on headphones to listen to when you're in there so you don't focus on the sound or procedure itself. Very much recommend!
