Great facility and staff were so helpful!
They were fantastic and got me in and out so fast. The other big place in Mount Pleasant couldn’t even return a call as fast as they got me in and out.
AHI feels like concierge medicine. I called at 4:15 and Kayla set me up for a full spine MRI the next morning. The front office people (Kayla, Lexi, Jody) are all welcoming, helpful and fun. (Yes, fun.) Polly is a great MRI tech, calming, reassuring,knowledgeable and makes you comfortable with blankets, music and an explanation of the process. The Radiologists share their evaluation with definitions at hand. I will not go anywhere else for imaging. Thank you, everyone.
The Mt. Pleasant office is truly a gem. The staff is top notch and embodies service excellence. The office is super clean, warm and welcoming. Will absolutely recommend.
