AHI did everything right…. from scheduling, communication, and front desk attentiveness The technician was courteous and professional and answered all my questions.
I arrived at 6:45 am as requested for a 7:00 am apt. The techs came 5-10 min later then finally called me back at 7:25. No apologies for running late. While in the unit no communication. Usually techs give time checks. Will not go back to this location.
The Deja at the front desk was very accommodating although I was 5 minutes late for my appointment. She even went above the call of duty to help me upload my insurance card. I was seen in a few minutes after I completed my intake form. The technician Cicely was very friendly also. She explained the procedure and what I needed to expect in the following up. This is by far the best experience I have had with an ultrasound visit. I was relieved and very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this site.
Fast service...same day. Friendly component staff. Centrally located. Easy to find. In and out in leass than 35-40 minutes.
