All the staff was Extremely Nice and on top of taking care of their patients. Very Quick as well!!
1 star is too many. This office in Cumming, has a tech. Neal, who has been dismissive and quite frankly, should not be working in healthcare, if he does not understand the urgency for MRIs. It started last Thursday when I had an appt scheduled for 8pm but he did not read the order correctly. He also kept repeating that he knew for a fact that the order should read "with contrast" even thou the order from MY NEUROSURGEON said "without contrast". He demanded a new order.
