Thieves. Billed me on the day of service for 385 and then billed me again 2 days ago for 346.50. My EOB showed that I owed 38.50 and that I hadn’t paid yet.

Speaking from a clinicians opinion, one of my patients went here for an MRI. We usually direct them to the facility of our choice, and I have never heard of this place before, so I'm assuming the patient asked our staff if she could go here instead. When I got a copy of the disc of her images, I can say that this is the worst study I have ever seen. The images are blurred, the entire abdomen was not imaged (which if you are paying for an MRI of the abdomen, this is a ripoff), and identifying writing on the side takes up so m... read more

The accounting abilities of this organization is absolutely the worst of any company my family and I have ever dealt with. Fortunately we have primary and secondary insurances. When they were given the secondary insurance they absolutely told us a falsehood about how CHAMPVA works. Now as a deductible we are out more than $1,000 out of pocket. At this point it has been 2 months and no one at American Imaging has not bothered to submit a request for payment leaving us out our $1,000+ dollars.

0 stars. I had an image on the 14th of March. Let's start at the beginning! I was scheduled for the 8th and was continuously rescheduled due to my benefits and they wanted to make sure it was applied to my deductible. Finally i was given the OK about the image and that my insurance had approved the procedure. I went in paid the 500.00 that I was told 3 times that it would be applied to my annual deductible.
