I truly appreciate the professionalism displayed by the staff and tecnician Amanda. I am severely claustrophobic and they were very patient with me and it actually took 3 pills that my physician prescribed ed for me to calm down. They worked but Amanda also gave me earplugs and headphones as well as 2 towels were placed over my eyes for comfort including g a sheet to make me feel at ease. Thanks ladies for you assistance.
This was my first visit to American Health Imaging West. and it was extremely pleasant. Complete professionalism and outstanding customer service. And this describes everyone there from the time of my initial phone calls to arrival at the facility to having my procedure and then exiting. The atmosphere is refreshing. They do customer service the way it should be done. Check them out -- you won't be disappointed.
