Giving this lab a 1 star review for the poor customer service. Not only did they leave me with bruises on my arms from the blood draws, but they clearly don't know what they are doing. They provided results that were not complete and put all the blame on the testing site without offering to correct the problem. My husband had to get on the phone to get them to fix the problem and get the complete results because all they offered was a lazy redraw. Don't be drawn in by the cheap prices, you get what you pay for.
First, I'd like to say I NEVER complain about anything. I just go with the flow, however, The Port Orange location is the absolute worst. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Particularly the front desk receptionist. How she still has a job to work with the public is beyond me. Never greets you kindly, never says hello, snatches paperwork from you and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience!! Management definitely needs to get involved.
