BEWARE TERRIBLE PLACE! Went to get my lab work done there 3 months ago and they never sent my results to my doctor. I called to try to get them to send them over and the customer service woman was disgustingly rude to me and refused to help. I paid them out of pocket for these tests and they robbed me.
One star is saying to much. My husband, who is a disabled veteran with 3 different insurances was not only made to pay for his blood work but was treated terrible by the receptionist. She was rude, condescending, not to mention very unprofessional. If you hate what you do then maybe it's time to retire. I will definitely tell our primary care doctor NOT to send anyone here. AVOID this place. The phlebotomist on the other hand was very professional and friendly. Too bad you have to work with someone who is so miserable.
Excellent personal service. These ladies are so wonderful that work here. This is not the average lab mill that lines people up and shuffles them through their lab work.
Avoid this place, unless you enjoy being treated rudely by the staff and watching bugs crawl on the floor as you're having your blood drawn in a supposedly sterile environment. This is not hyperbole, this "clinic" looks like a crack den inside. The receptionist was incredibly rude, making me feel like a burden as soon as I approached the front desk.
