Associates have a very "Nice/Nasty" presentation. Smilin, yet lacking customer service and present a sense of bother throughout the time they are in the building. Waking a confused resident and saying he is refusing care is not good customer service. No explanation and no chance of allowing staff to assist and convince resident of importance of labs. Company states labs are to be picked up at Midnight but often show later.... often 6 or 7 hours later. No outright abuse, but frequently the cause of delayed lab results.
Garbage company. They keep sending bills for "tests" that were ordered by the nursing home my mom is in. The nursing home knows nothing about the tests. When I call I'm just given the runaround. Apparently they've been in trouble with the government before for false billing to Medicare.
I’m a disabled veteran who requires handicap parking… your companies employees regularly block handicapped parking. On top of that I have also witnessed employees smoking in front of the entrance bragging about how she was confronted by a parent about her blowing smoke in the child’s face. I’m considering contacting the city/state about these issues.
