I made the mistake to go with them when I was renovating our home. Avoid at all costs...they are dishonest and do terrible work. They lied to me about the floor stain brand, which I paid for. They were supposed to use BONA and did not. As a result the floor gave a bad reaction which they were unable to fix. Also, a year later and I have significant spacing between the boards they installed. My advice is to go with a more reputable company.
Rafael was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. It helps my dog really liked him. Floors look great and appreciated the follow up. I highly recommend Rafael.
