Great customer service....send me two new connectors when one broke after a year and a half no questions asked...called for hardware info and were more then helpful to answer my question and help out on install and firmware for my drs1..thank you for your great customer service. Tim, Jesse, Nicole all top notch. 2020 Road Glide Special, Diamond Audio fairing setup and saddlebag lids. I turn heads and get compliments everywhere I go. Sounds amazing, loud and crystal clear.
Highly recommended if you're looking for advice on building a kickass stereo system for your bagger. Tim went above and beyond to help me build an amazing system and even answer questions promptly throughout the install no matter how stupid and or what time! I couldn’t be more pleased with there experience, customer service and support. I ordered the Rockford Fosgate DSR1 with all the plug and play harness and the Razor 6x9 lids for my new 2020 RGS and let me tell you..... These guys know there ins and outs on the right touch, these lids are sick and my bike is getting everything installed as I type, but I couldn’t wait to say American Hard Bag is most definitely first class with experience and customer service with everything delivered right on time. Jesse installed a Rockford Fosgate system on my Harley Davidson Ultra Limited......not only is the system crazy loud, but it’s also amazingly clear!! Tim and Jesse are great! Tim helped me design my system for my RKS and it is awesome! Both he and Jesse were very prompt to respond to any questions I had during the install and there were a lot. Couldn’t have been more patient with me. Very pleased. Would buy from them again but Tim did such a great job with my current set up I probably won’t have too
