I had a wonderful experience with American Hail Company. They were fast and efficient having my car done in a week. They even cleaned the interior of my car which I was not expecting at all. The staff is incredible, Mary is the nicest person you will ever speak to. Would definitely return.
Very professional staff. Fantastic results. They took care of everything with insurance. So happy my car is back to normal. They took the devastation I had and made it right. I would recommend them 100% to everyone. They detailed inside and out as well.
I recently had dent damage repaired on my vehicle, and I am extremely pleased with the results. When I received my car back, it was in mint condition. Throughout the entire process, the staff kept me well-informed with regular updates on the progress. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received.
WORST COMPANY - I would not recommend to anyone, I repeat do not take your car here. You will regret it. They do not disclose to you that you will be paying for a rental, they wait until completion then give you a bill that you have to get reimbursed through your insurance company. They had my car 23 days when told couple days with no communication unless you call for status update. Told completed and would charge if not picked up within 72 hr.
