Stay ******** ******* is horrible. We used for almost 20 years. Previous gutter cleanings we were left with a garbage bag of debris. Last cleaning in 2023 no debris, no flushing the gutters with a hose, they tried to sell us new gutters instead. After repeated contact they indicated they hadn't been paid although we provided proof of payment within 3 weeks of the service. Time to use a different vendor. If we could give negative stars it would be too kind.
During our gutter cleaning last week the nails of our front gutter were left hanging out of the gutter. The management refused to come out and hammer them back in and instead tried to sell me all new gutters. My gutters are aluminum and in good shape so it seems like they left the nails hanging out on purpose to make a sale. The fact that they refused to come back and hammer in three nails that their crew pulled out is very upsetting and appears like a deceptive business practice.
This is a terrible company now! I have used this company for several years to have my gutters cleaned in the Spring and Fall. Last Spring I had a roofing company come and check my roof and they pointed out how my gutters were filled with debris in the back of my house. I had just had American Gutter Cleaning clean them out! I couldn't believe they didn't bother to clean the back of my house yet charged me full price. I called the main office and complained and they said we will put a note in your file. Thanks a lot! Their sevice definitely has gone downhill. We called them for gutter cleaning in late Nov. One guy was on roof with leaf blower for about 15 min. **** leaves & muck all over sidewalks, shrubbery, birdfeeders & into birdbaths. He didnt flush gutters or make effort to clean up mess left behind. We\'ll never use them again. (Woman who says she is "office mgr." Is so unpleasant she must be a relative of the owner & cant get a job elsewhere.) '
