Great communication, prompt, great follow up, would work with again
Beware and do your homework people. This company was 7k over two other proposals with the same size too, same material, same exact grill, similar sink but the lower proposals had a better refrigerator than American Grill and Hearth. I’m blown away knowing they were thousands higher they did a rebid on the project and can in few hundred dollars cheaper. Absolutely Comical in a way. What a waste of everyone’s time.
$15k+ estinate for outdoor kitchen ~ 11 ft straight, no extras. Included cabinets for trash, sink and sink cabinet, grill cabinet and one extra cabinet. This does not include the cost of the grill or the refrigerator which we already have. Laughable. To be clear we didn't pick out a single item, we asked for a general quote.
Excellent products, excellent installation (Maciej), excellent project management and scheduling (Sarah, our VIP concierge). Pricing is excellent, too. Can’t go wrong with this company!
Incredibly disappointing experience. Put my down payment for a $70k outdoor kitchen in December 2024 and was told 10-12 weeks to start and two weeks to finish. My kitchen finally finished in October 2025. Endless missteps and the final results was a $30k kitchen in quality. Couldn't recommend enough to go with another firm.
